About the RoleWe’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Assembler. In this role, you’ll assemble electrical and mechanical parts into finished products using various tools and assembly process equipment. You’ll also have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple areas, including mechanical, electronic, testing, microscope work, soldering, and finishing.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical and mechanical parts into finished products using tools and assembly process equipment.Cross-train in mechanical, electronic, testing, microscope, soldering, and finishing areas.Use screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and hand soldering tools (depending on department).Apply adhesives and chemicals during assembly.Utilize computer workstations for record-keeping and testing.Perform electronic testing on final assemblies using various test equipment.Conduct quality control inspections.Lift up to 40 lbs consistently.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand tools, including microscopes, small screwdrivers, and torque wrenches.Experience with soldering and following work instructions and blueprints.Ability to read and interpret schematics.Experience with PCB or small part assembly.Additional Qualifications:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00/hr.
