2nd Shift Assembler
Now Hiring 2nd Shift Assemblers OR Weekends - $21.00/hr Weekly Pay!3:30PM-2:15AM Mon-Thurs.

Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Assembler, where you will be instrumental in ensuring quality products are manufactured to meet customer expectations. You will be tasked with assembling, wiring, and testing products using sheet metal prints, electrical schematics, and test procedures. This role requires detail orientation, mechanical and electrical abilities, and the ability to follow specific testing and documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

Utilize all tools necessary to ensure quality parts are manufactured to customer expectations.Efficiently deploy electro-mechanical and test equipment to assemble, wire, and test products utilizing sheet metal prints, electrical schematics, and test procedures.Assemble components, make wiring connections, and test using provided hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electrical/electronic tools.Accurately route, connect, fasten, and secure wires per diagrams or work instructions.Move freely to any function within the environment to maximize production flow and overall efficiency.Work well as a positive team member in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Completed High School Diploma or GED1+ year of Electrical or Mechanical Assembly Experience using power tools and hand tools Effective communication skills (Read, Write, Speak, Listen).Ability to discuss, deploy, and document best practices.Being a team player.

Work Environment

The role is based in a sheet metal fabrication and assembly environment with a moderate noise level. Safety gear, including steel-toed shoes and pants, is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
