**Shift Timing : 3:30pm-2am Monday - Thursday.**
**Pay : $24.80/hr**
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler I, where you will be responsible for assembling components, including sub-assemblies, manual, and electrical components, contributing to the completion of a variety of products. You will adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards while following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints and instructions.
+ Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and quantity standards.
+ Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes.
+ Communicate issues or concerns regarding safety and quality promptly.
+ Maintain workplace organization and adhere to training procedures, including cross-training.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
+ Proficiency in reading and understanding procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.
+ Effective verbal communication skills in English.
+ Attention to detail and ability to recognize and address safety issues.
+ Capability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in mechanical assembly or on a production line is advantageous.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
+ Capability for prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and organized medical device manufacturing setting. Duties are performed partially sitting at a bench and partially standing for quality checks and packaging. Employees are allowed to wear one earbud after completing training.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.80 - $24.80/hr.
