**Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as a 2nd Shift Assembler, where you'll be part of a dynamic production environment focused on manufacturing high-quality filter systems. You will be working Monday through Friday from 3:20 PM to 1:40 AM, contributing to our Railroad and Dust Collection Filter Systems Business Units. **Responsibilities** + Spin, apply adhesive and/or plastisol to products or components. + Cut media, wrap, or other materials as required. + Perform spot welding and seaming on filters or components. + Inspect and pack products ensuring quality standards are met. + Complete all quality data and product reports as necessary. + Meet daily performance requirements. + Read, understand, and follow procedures related to manufacturing products. + Perform additional duties as assigned. + Work overtime hours as required by business needs. + Stand regularly and use hands to finger or touch objects, tools, or controls; push and pull objects; and lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy excellent benefits upon hire and become part of a team that values employee appreciation. Each cell consists of 3-6 production workers, supported by a material handler for packing and palletizing. You will collaborate under the guidance of a production manager and assistant production manager. The dress code includes work pants, a t-shirt, steel toe boots/sneakers, and additional PPE provided by the company. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
