2nd or 3rd Shift - Industrial Maintenance Details:

Direct Hire position$31.00 to $37.00 /hourVarious shifts availablePerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molding machines, molds, robots, conveyors, and auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, material handling).Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, robotics, sensors, HMIs, and automated production equipment.Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.Support mold changeovers, setup, and troubleshooting, including hot runners and mold cooling systems.Perform facility maintenance as needed (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding).Follow and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), safety standards, ISO/IATF requirements, and 5S practices.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and downtime in CMMS or maintenance logs.Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime.

2nd or 3rd Shift - Industrial Maintenance Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Technical/Trade School preferred.2+ years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding or automated manufacturing environments.Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Experience with PLC troubleshooting/programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).Familiarity with robotics and automation systems.Knowledge of LOTO, industrial safety practices, and preventive maintenance programs.
