2nd CNC Shift Lead

We’re seeking a proven CNC professional with hands-on machining and team lead experience to run a shift, support operators, and keep production on track. $20-30/hour.

2nd CNC Shift Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)Lead and support CNC operators during assigned shiftOversee production flow, quality, and safetyAssist with setups, troubleshooting, and minor program editsPerform and verify first-piece and in-process inspectionsTrain operators and communicate issues to management

2nd CNC Shift Lead Qualifications:

CNC machining experience required (Mills or lathes)Prior team lead or supervisory experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsStrong communication, reliability, and leadership skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
