Job Description
We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our production team, working primarily on the second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. Candidates must be prepared to train on the first shift for a few weeks before transitioning to the second shift. This role involves assembling pumps and valves using hand and power tools and accessing job lists via computer screens to determine assembly requirements.
ResponsibilitiesUse hand and power tools to assemble pumps and valves.Utilize computer screens to access job lists and determine assembly needs, including necessary parts and tools.Ensure quality in mechanical assembly according to blueprints.Lift, climb, stand, and use equipment as required.Regularly walk, sit, and reach for extended periods.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in mechanical assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required within one year of permanent conversion.Ability to lift 50 lbs or more (40 lbs independently).Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, organized, and large manufacturing floor with clearly labeled sections based on materials and production. Shift hours are 6 AM to 2:30 PM for the first shift, with potential overtime until 4:30 PM, and 2 PM to 10:30 PM for the second shift, with possible mandatory overtime.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
