**Job Description**
As an Operator, you will be responsible for protecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) from moisture, dust, and other environmental factors by applying a full seal to protect the motherboard. The role involves an initial training period on the first shift for the first three weeks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Protect PCBs from environmental factors like moisture and dust.
+ Apply a full seal to protect the motherboard.
+ Train on the first shift for the first three weeks.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor skills
+ Ability to stand for 10 hours straight
+ GED or Diploma
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred

**Work Environment**
The work environment is that of a Tier 1 automotive supplier focused on producing motherboards for electronic car components and lighting fixtures. The company is privately held with a strong emphasis on culture and employee tenure. The dress code is casual, avoiding loose or offensive clothing. The facility is clean and centrally located in Muskegon, with accessible public transportation options nearby.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Holland, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
