What Matters MostPay: $25–$30/hr. based on experience
Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shift openings, including weekends as needed.

Job DescriptionAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will ensure production and quality by maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production machines.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including 110 VAC and 240/480 VAC 3-phase systems.Adjust and fabricate parts using hand tools, welding/brazing equipment, and shop machines.Complete reports, support production staff, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.Qualifications and Requirements:Previous industrial maintenance experience required.Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read schematics, manuals, and safety signage.Skilled in hand/power tools, diagnostic equipment, welding, and machining.Must pass background check and drug screening.Benefits and Perks:Competitive pay $25–$30/hr.Overtime opportunities.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid vacation and personal leave.Short-term disability.401(k) with company match.Training and career growth opportunities.Your New Organization: A well-established bread manufacturing known for valuing its people and providing a supportive workplace.
