**Job Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Lead who will manage both emergency and preventative maintenance tasks. The position requires handling electrical troubleshooting and working on equipment such as baggers, conveyors, and inkjet printers. Overtime is expected, including every other Saturday, with compensation at time and a half for hours worked over eight in a day and on Saturdays. Pay for this role will get into the mid-$30s. **Responsibilities** + Maintain the mechanical and physical integrity of production equipment. + Reduce downtime caused by mechanical failure. + Complete preventative maintenance measures on time. + Assist mechanics in machine repair and equipment troubleshooting. + Support 1st shift production departments with timely setup. + Safely operate maintenance shop equipment, including drill presses and lathes. + Repair hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical issues. + Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures. + Perform additional duties as assigned. + Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and twisting. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repairs. + Industrial maintenance experience with conveyors. + Strong electrical repair and troubleshooting skills, particularly with 480volt/3phase systems. + Excellent attendance and reliability. + Team mentality with a positive outlook. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Food manufacturing maintenance experience. + Additional experience with PLCs is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a great family feel culture and excellent benefits, including low-cost healthcare coverage, 401K matching, and competitive vacation/PTO packages. The environment is temperature-controlled, with areas ranging from 55 degrees to -10 degrees in freezers. Standard steel-toed boots with liquid resistance are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of HOLLAND, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $67600.00/yr.
