2nd & 3rd Maintenance Technician - 28-34/hr
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Pay/Shift/Additional Information:** + 1 Opening on 2nd Shift - + 3p to 11p Monday to Friday. 8 hr shift. Should expect to work every third weekend (this includes both Saturday and Sunday @2nd shift hours). + 1 opening on 3rd Shift + 11p to 7a Sunday to Thursday. 8 hr shift. Should expect to work every third weekend (this includes both Friday and Saturday @3rd shift hours) + Pay: 28.00/hr. - 34.00/hr. + Provide Uniforms and Steel Toe Boot allowance + Participate in a monthly incentive program where bonuses are distributed based on tonnage, downtime, and part quality, with potential earnings ranging from 0-10% of gross total hours worked. **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to join our team. We have three openings: two positions requiring a 70/30 mechanical vs electrical skill set and one position needing a 70/30 electrical vs mechanical skill set. These roles involve maintaining various equipment such as overhead cranes, slitting lines, pickling and processing lines, conveyor lines, and augers. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on overhead cranes, slitting lines, pickling and processing lines, conveyor lines, and augers. + Conduct maintenance on secondary equipment, including pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, shears/blades, motors, gears, shafts, drives, and other machinery. + Read PLC HMI and trace issues from print for troubleshooting purposes. + Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v single and three-phase, including generators, a/c and d/c motors, switches, sensors, and electrical drives. + Utilize a multi meter to check and replace blown fuses. + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. + Fabricate components for various plant equipment. + Execute MIG and Stick welding tasks as needed. + Maintain equipment such as forklifts and lifts. + Perform general building maintenance tasks. + Work at heights of up to 35ft to 40ft for facility maintenance projects. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delta, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
