The Umbrella Bar in Franklin, WI is seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Bartender to provide exceptional service in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, efficient in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about creating great guest experiences through quality beverages and service. Key Responsibilities + Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards + Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service + Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies + Check guest identification to ensure compliance with Wisconsin alcohol laws + Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking + Communicate effectively with fellow staff and management to ensure smooth operations + Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines + Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications + Must be at least 21 years of age + Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate + Valid bartender license (or ability to obtain one) + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment + Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule & Availability + Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays + Seasonal outdoor bar shifts may be weather-dependent
