Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Industrial Engineering Intern for Experience Strategy, Planning and Operations Team.

Responsibilities

Lead Industrial Engineering projects and initiatives

Provide analytical decision making support on daily operations

Identify opportunities in workplace to improve efficiency and Guest and Cast satisfaction
 

Requirements

Current university students graduating in or after 2026, major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Sciences or other related disciplines

Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.

Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.

Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.

Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.

Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
