Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Guest Communications Intern for Experience Strategy, Planning and Operations Team.

Responsibilities 

Manage and handle all forms of incoming enquires and comments received from different sources in well-organized manner.

Ensure all incoming cases are prioritized and managed in terms of urgency for efficient and effective handling.

Work with other line of business to maintain a consistent Guest Service standard.

Requirements 

Current university students major in Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, Communication or other related disciplines.

Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.

Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.

Good data analysis, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills 

Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.

Good communication skills  

Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.

Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
