Related Commercial Management Companies are seeking two highly motivated and organized Summer Data Analysts to join the RCMC Operations and Asset Management team. These roles will support both operational and financial initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
The Operations Summer Analyst will support building teams by assisting with ongoing projects, organizing and validating operational data, and developing dashboards and automated workflows to improve visibility and efficiency. This role will collaborate closely with the events and communications teams to support project execution, reporting, and emergency audit processes.
The Asset Management Summer Analyst will assist with analyzing monthly performance, budget projections, and key operational metrics across the commercial portfolio. This role will support data-driven decision-making by building reports and dashboards, automating recurring analyses, and assisting with financial and operational reviews.
These positions will support the Hudson Yards campus, Columbus Circle, and 85 Tenth Avenue commercial portfolio. The Summer Analysts will report to the RCMC Manager of Data Automations and the Vice President of Commercial Management.

The hourly rate for this position is $30 per hour
Qualifications
Related’s Summer Analyst Program aims to train and evaluate the next generation of leaders. To be considered for the 2026 Summer Analyst program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2026 – June 2028Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative disciplineDemonstrated interest in data analytics, automation, and business intelligence, particularly within real estate, operations, or asset managementExperience developing dashboards and reports using Power BIExperience building automated workflows using Power AutomateStrong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate dataExposure to Python and/or R and SQL for data analysis is preferredAbility to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences Strong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentResume must include expected graduation month/year and GPARelated is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
