The Raytheon Estimating and Pricing (E&P) organization has an exciting opportunity to join a talented team supporting proposal and capture efforts for the Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) business unit. This position will be for a direct charging employee supporting programs located onsite in Tucson, AZ.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the preparation of various types of proposals for development, production and competitive contracts including modifications to existing contracts. In addition, the Estimating organization supports gate reviews, government audits and negotiations with the customer. The chosen candidate will be expected to support programs onsite, with opportunities to work remotely as appropriate.
What You Will Do
Provide support for the development of Basis of Estimates to include validating and examining actuals, ensuring consistency within task descriptions, and confirming estimating approach is soundUtilize company programs and tools for estimating and pricing activities.Develop Request for Estimates which are used to kick off proposalsPrepare non-complex Gate 4 charts for program/company leadership review of proposal informationQualifications You Must Have
Requires a Bachelor’s degreeThis position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
