2026 Early Career Program – Technology Associate, Digital & Technology Rotational Program

If so, Guardian has an exciting opportunity for you to join the LEAP Program as a Technology Associate.
Guardian’s LEAP Program
LEAP, an early talent rotational program, develops versatile, adaptable technologists ready to take on critical roles. Through hands-on experience, guided mentorship, and exposure to diverse technical areas, we equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to innovate, lead, and build lasting careers at Guardian.
Our LEAP Program will help you build your professional toolkit as you gain industry and organizational knowledge through three 8-month rotational assignments.
As part of Digital & Technology at Guardian, you will have the opportunity to gain experience from and network with professionals across the company. Our LEAP Associates develop technical, leadership, and business skills through challenging assignments, formalized training, and guided mentorship to prepare them for a successful career at Guardian. Throughout your rotations, you will be able to make meaningful contributions to initiatives that directly impact our business and the communities we serve.

Currently in your final year of obtaining a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (graduation date of May 2026) or have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (graduation date of December 2025)OR
A graduate of a technical bootcamp program within the past year (coursework to obtain degree must be completed prior to start of employment) A self-starter – someone who enjoys “rolling up their sleeves and getting things done”, has high energy, strong work ethic, displays the ability to work independently, is creative, and takes ownership of your personal growth and career development Interested in joining an organization and culture where thoughts, experiences, and backgrounds are valued and celebratedYou have:
Knowledge or hands-on experience with modern technology frameworks and development practices (e.g., Git, continuous integration and delivery) Exceptional software programming and/or scripting skills Knowledge or experience working in an Agile environment is a plus Good analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership skills The drive to deliver commitments and an openness to new ideas Strong and effective communication (both written and verbal) Intellectual curiosity and embrace any change that comes your way Willingness to collaborate with a broad range of subject matter experts across the organization Passion for learning and innovationYou will:

Salary Range:
$56,650.00 - $84,970.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
