As a participant in the Innovation Development Program within Global Banking, you will embark on a 2.5-year journey starting with approximately 5 months of Commercial Bank project-based learning. During this phase, you will tackle complex business challenges in an incubator setting, gaining essential skills in Product Management. After completing the incubator experience, you will engage in two 12-month rotations with high-impact functional, business, or product teams within the Commercial Bank. You will be part of a cohort of peers, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact while advancing your career.
