**About the American Express Discovery Program**
The American Express Discovery Program (ADP) is a one day, in-person experience designed to give high-potential second-year undergraduate students the opportunity to:
+ Learn about American Express and gain insight into our business, functions, and services through an in-depth overview
+ Hear directly from American Express colleagues about their career paths and professional experiences
+ Build meaningful connections through networking with company representatives
+ Explore future internship opportunities within our Phoenix office
Food and refreshments will be provided.
**What Backgrounds/Experiences Are We Looking For**
We consistently seek candidates with creativity, strategic & analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. This includes individuals who can thrive in a collaborative environment through the ability to build strong networks and exemplify strong leadership behaviors. They must also share our values of trust, security, integrity, quality, good citizenship, respect, and commitment to back our customers and each other.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled in full-time undergraduate degree program
+ Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 to align with internship cycles
+ Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions

**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $24.05 to $63.00 hourly sign-on bonus
