The purpose of this internship is to prepare students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is
designed to provide students with experiences that provide insights into a career with Zebra. Students will be positioned for success with training and hands-on experiences, invited to social and development activities, and provided a professional mentor relationship.


Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Intern to join our Strategy & Optimization office. In this role, you will work closely with our Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Managers to enhance service delivery across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and strategy. You will play a key role in supporting the team by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and automation to simplify workflows and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate and implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort and streamline team operations.Assist the CSI Managers with the Continuous Improvement & Governance program by helping to track projects and prepare for review meetings.Transform raw data into insights by analyzing processes to uncover areas for improvement and drive greater efficiency.Contribute to the Strategy Assessment Framework by collecting and organizing data to support strategic decisions.Support the team by creating and updating essential documentation for all key processes and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.A strong interest in process improvement, technology, and business strategy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).A proactive and curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly.

Added Advantages:

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) or automation platforms.Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI.Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts or the ITIL framework.

Minimum Education/Qualifications:

• Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking post secondary educational institution
• Work authorization and no requirement of sponsorship now or in the future
