Key job responsibilities
• Analyze performance of marketing activities
• Identify and share best practices between local teams
• Drive projects related to automatization and simplification of routine activities
• Influence the marketing vision and strategy for the program
• Deliver key customer life-cycle campaigns and promotions to deliver a step change in engagement and activation
• Understand who is our customer, own the customer funnel and main KPIs
• Own campaigns from end to end – manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, content and design, planning, localization, build, execution and reporting while achieving key performance metric goals and continually optimize existing and new campaigns
• Work with internal and external marketing teams to develop successful campaigns.
• Create and analyze performance metrics and make business decisions about future direction based on performance
• Evangelize program initiatives internally and externally to build awareness and drive participation
• Partner with various technical and business teams to build supporting automation
Basic Qualifications
• Currently studying a Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field (graduating in 2026).
• Highly analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and SQL knowledge: comfortable with extracting and handling business and performance data to inform recommendations
• Knowledge of current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods in online and offline channels
• Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions
• Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent presentation, organization and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• High comfort level with current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods in online and offline channels
Please note: To be eligible for this program you will need to be available for the full internship period from 1st December 2025 to 20th February 2026.
