Responsibilities: Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for 2-year-old children. Engage children in interactive and educational activities, including arts, music, and play. Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Requirements: Must have a high school diploma; an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred. Experience working with young children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Background check clearance required. Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with children. About Us:
