**Job Title: 1st Shift - Warehouse Lead** **Job Description** Join our team as a Warehouse Lead, working Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. The starting time may vary based on daily delivery schedules. This position does not require weekend work. As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a crucial role in our small, close-knit team, contributing to our growth and success in the insulation and architectural industries. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders based on pick sheets and order lifts. + Prepare and pack rolls of insulation for shipping. + Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate order preparation. + Handle materials and inventory management. + Use RF scanners and pick sheets for warehouse distribution and production. + Assist in grooming for a future warehouse manager role. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse experience. + Proficiency in picking and packing tasks. + Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction. + Experience in material handling and inventory. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. + Experience with warehouse distribution and production. + Ability to lift up to 45 pounds. + Capability to work collaboratively in a team lead position. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a renowned company in the industry, known for its superior solutions and innovative distribution. The warehouse is quiet and well-ventilated, with loading docks that allow cooler air to enter during winter. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
