1st Shift Warehouse Associate/Inspector

Our client, a leading provider in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team. As a QC Inspector, you will be part of the quality control department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** QC Inspector
**Location:** Moreno Valley, CA
**Pay Range: 18.00 per hour**
**Shift:** 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
**What's the Job?**
+ Inspect products and materials using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Fully install products to confirm their functionality both electrically and mechanically.
+ Document inspection results and report any defects found during inspections.
+ Coordinate with production teams for corrective actions on defects.
+ Maintain inspection equipment and keep calibration records up to date.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work on step ladders for installations.
+ Basic electrical skills and comfort with home fixture and ceiling fan installation.
+ Ability to stand throughout the day and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
