**Job Title: 1sty Shift Sanitation Supervisor** **Hours: 4am-12pm** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and develop sanitation standard operation procedures. **Responsibilities** + Assist with the completion and compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Develop sanitation standard operating procedures. + Create work schedules, measure performance, and monitor historical trends. + Conduct safety training on company Management System Procedures and work instructions to comply with OSHA regulations. + Maintain all pertinent records, reports, and paperwork in collaboration with production and maintenance resources to meet plant objectives. + Develop Sanitation Standard Operational Procedures (SSOP) according to federal regulations for all sanitation activities. + Maintain GMP provisions and monitor team member practices related to cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Expertise in sanitation and cleaning practices. + Experience in a supervisory role within sanitation, production, or janitorial settings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a sanitation lead, supervisor, or manager. **Why Work Here?** Our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package.
