**Job Title: 1st Shift Quality Inspector** **Job Description** Join our dynamic quality department as a 1st Shift Quality Inspector, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm on a 9/80 schedule. You will be part of a team that manufactures, tests, and inspects aluminum heat pipes, ensuring products meet the highest standards for industries like military and NASA. **Responsibilities** + Measure and test equipment using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and various hand tools/instruments. + Follow shop drawings and basic blueprints for customer orders. + Comfortably use a computer to transfer written data and data from machinery into the database. + Participate in the inspection process from start to finish, ensuring machined parts meet quality checks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Skills in brazing, inspection, soldering, assembly, and using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. **Why Work Here?** Experience working at a premier thermal management solutions company recognized as one of the best places to work in PA.
