1st Shift Production Trainer

**_Manpower is seeking a 1st Shift Production Trainer needed for Shelton company._**
**_In this role you need to be responsible for analyzing training needs,_**
**_supporting the development of curriculum, maintaining and updating_**
**_training documents, and delivering training to Production Operators,_**
**_both on-the-job and in classroom settings._**
**_Essential Job Responsibilities_**

**_Supervisory Responsibilities_**
**_Operations_**
**_Execute training plans of various production related tasks_**
**_for new and existing employees._**
**_Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge_**
**_gaps that need to be addressed._**
**_Conduct training both in-classroom, virtual, and on-the-job._**
**_Accurately record training assessments and complete required training documents for employees in training._**
**_Provide accurate training status updates to Training Coordinator_**
**_and Supervisors._**
**_Collaborate with Training Coordinator, peer Production Trainers,_**
**_management and leads to ensure consistency across all shifts_**
**_regarding training and quality standards._**
**_Make recommendations for employee skill advancement and_**
**_support with objective analysis._**
**_Support Training Coordinator and Process Owners in developing_**
**_and updating training materials and work instructions._**
**_Prepare training materials, manuals, copying materials, etc._**
**_Must maintain regular and consistent attendance._**
**_Additional duties as assigned._**
**_Prompt reporting of any unsafe conditions, practices, or environmental concerns to supervision. Resolving potential hazards swiftly, thereby ensuring a safe work environment for all employees._**
**_Attend scheduled EHS trainings._**
**_Help improvement in EHS practices and recommend enhancements_**
**_to contribute to our commitment to a safe work environment._**
**_Demonstrates safe work habits by adhering to general safety procedures_**
**_including correct techniques for lifting and bending, maintaining_**
**_proper ergonomics, using equipment correctly, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required._**
+ **_High school diploma or equivalent_**
+ **_2+ years’ experience working in a production training or leadership role._**
+ **_Proficient with computers and computer program_**
+ **_Must be able to communicate on a one-on-one basis_**
+ **_Ability to actively engage with trainees_**
+ **_1st shift Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm_**
+ **_Hourly $26/hr_**
