**Job Title: 1st Shift Production Worker** Job Description A production company that specializes in manufacturing grout and concrete is seeking a dedicated long-term general production worker. Responsibilities + Measure and inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors. + Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products using a forklift. + Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to company guidelines. + Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures. Essential Skills + Experience in general production and machine operation. + Ability to perform general labor tasks, including loading and forklift operation. + Proficiency in inspection and measurement. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. + Comfortable being cross-trained within multiple departments. + Ability to complete basic math and measuring tasks. Work Environment Work in a load and industrial environment where steel-toed shoes are required. PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, and respiratory masks are provided. The role is a 1st Shift position from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Be prepared to work overtime as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
