**Job Title: Control Panel Builder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Builder to join our team. You will be responsible for constructing control panels, including cutting metal boxes to specifications, laying out hardware, drilling, tapping holes, and performing final assembly. Your tasks will also involve cutting back plates, mounting various hardware components, and assembling panels. You must be proficient in reading schematics as this will be a core part of your role. The job requires the use of various hand and power tools and includes general shop clean-up duties. Travel destinations often include Buffalo, NY; Baltimore, MA; Savannah, GA; San Francisco, CA; and West Palm Beach, FL. Work hours are typically from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with extended hours during travel periods to ensure prompt job completion. The position offers a competitive pay range based on experience, transitioning to a permanent role after a 6-month contract period, during which travel responsibilities commence. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maumee, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
