Join our team as a MIG Welder, specializing in welding on mild steel ranging from 12 gauge to 1 inch in flat, vertical down, and overhead positions. You will be responsible for setting up your welder and job, measuring, cutting, bending, and building frames. Use of hand and power tools, tape measures, and other measuring tools will be essential as you grind and polish welds using Miller welders.

Essential Skills5 years of MIG welding experience on mild and flux core structural steel.Proficient in fabrication, tape measure reading, welding, and fitting.Ability to interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications3 years of experience in reading blueprints and using a tape measure.Experience with assembly and fitting.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a 1st shift schedule from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. The facility has a laid-back atmosphere with steel-toed shoes, eye, and hearing protection required. Join an 80-person team with plans to expand beyond 100 employees. The facility is located in the Iron Works district, connected to a golf simulator and bar, with plans to relocate to a new building in the summer of 2025.
