1st Shift - Maintenance Technician Details:

Contract to Hire position$24.00 to $30.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesDiagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usageSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvementsFollow all safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout requirementsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

1st Shift - Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED2 or more years of experience with manufacturing maintenance requiredTechnical certifications, trade school, or related training preferredAutomotive or industrial manufacturing experience is a plusPrevious maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and machining equipmentMechanical troubleshooting skills; electrical knowledge is a plusAbility to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team
