**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in maintenance operations to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our corrugated box manufacturing facility through a mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Perform minor mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks around the facility, including drywall, plumbing, and landscaping. + Conduct both reactive and preventive maintenance (PM) on a given shift. + Undertake 70% mechanical work and 30% electrical work. + Maintain and repair hydraulics, motors, conveyors, and perform tasks such as changing bearings and sensors. + Read and interpret blueprints to execute maintenance tasks accurately. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience working on hydraulics and motors. + Proficiency in understanding and working with 3 phase 480v electrical systems. + Ability to perform minor fabrication work. + Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in corrugated box production. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and innovative team where your contributions are valued and have a direct impact on production efficiency. Occasional overtime may be required when necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of South Bend, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $39520.00/yr.
