**Job Title: We currently have 3 openings for Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician and Controls Tech.** Job Description As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting control systems on the production floor. Your role will involve using a laptop to read ladder logic or STL, working with PLCs, VFDs, and Servos, and managing electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V. Additionally, you will assist in the mechanical diagnostics of pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, and bearings. Responsibilities + Troubleshoot control systems on the production floor. + Use a laptop to read ladder logic or STL. + Work with PLCs, VFDs, and Servos. + Manage and troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V. + Assist in mechanical diagnostics of pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, and bearings. Essential Skills + Proficient in troubleshooting control systems. + Experience with VFD, servo drives, and 480V systems. + Knowledge of pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, and bearings. + Experience with Rexroth, Allen-Bradley, Power Flex, and Siemens control systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with printing press, flexo press, and litho press is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position operates on a 1st shift from 6:30am to 2:00pm. Flexibility is required to cover off shifts occasionally as needed for production demands. The work environment is fast-paced and involves hands-on troubleshooting with advanced control systems. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vandalia, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr.
