1st Shift Maintenance Manager

Description

The Maintenance Manager will have the following responsibilities:

-Will be responsible for 12 employees

-Will manage work assignments for his team

-Will provide PM's that need to get completed that day to their team

-Maintain accurate inventory of critical spare parts of the entire facility

-Responsible for reducing operating costs and increasing operating efficiencies by the development of continuous improvement programs

-Expected to be aware of and comprehend performance metrics as they relate to plat operations and use this data to shape activities to increase efficiencies and drive down costs

-Participate in weekly plant meeting with production

-Will have a maintenance supervisor that handles all hands on electrical

-70/30 mechanical vs electrical

-Will perform preventive maintenance on sprayers, rail system for production, racks used for productions, etc

-Responsible for purchase orders

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-1 year+ of maintenance management experience

-3 years of industrial maintenance experience

-High school diploma or GED

-Experience with Microsoft office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Employees receive 10 paid holidays, 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year. Will be eligible for 70% paid benefits and 401k match day 1. They also provide $20,000 towards life insurance.
