Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Machine Operator in Waukesha, WI to join their dynamic team. As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the industrial operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

What's the Job?

Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently during the first shift. Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products and equipment. Lift and handle bins weighing 5-8 pounds, and manage bags weighing at least 3 pounds throughout the shift. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and productivity. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to promote a secure workplace.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training provided. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking throughout the shift. Willingness to adhere to safety standards and procedures. Reliable and punctual attendance. Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours.
