Build More Than** **Machine** **s** **.** **Build a** **Career** **.** **In this role you may be expected to:** + Compile daily inventory reports as well as system audits to reconcile the actual number of parts in the factory with system records. + Ensure that inventory is sufficient to meet build requirements and to communicate potential shortages to material planners. + Coordinate and monitor off-line rework activities. + Complete daily inventory counts for all production material and work with various departments to trace and locate missing material. + Produce reports on inventory discrepancies due to unrecorded movement. + Gather data from various tools and tooling systems and prepare data reports for calibration analysis and review. + Catalogue quality issues into a computer system and flag defects for repair. **Basic Qualifications:** + Must have experience in heavy equipment manufacturing + Must have Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Excel + Must be able to operate an order picker safely and efficiently to support daily warehouse operations. **Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):** + **Work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor** + Must be able to frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15 to 30 minutes + Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures + Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes **Top Candidates will also have:** + Powered industrial truck experience + Logistics/Warehouse experience + Positive attendance record + Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in SAP software + Mach 1 experience + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications + Forklift experience + Inventory control experience + An understanding of Logistics facility and Excavator/Tractor Product Line + Intermediate proficiency in functional areas of logistics such as: Inventory Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Storeroom Operations and Transportation + Excellent written and oral communication + Good attendance, excellent customer service focus, and the ability to handle stress and often work at an urgent pace + Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment + Initiative, good analytical and organizational skill **Additional information:** **Resumes are encouraged for all applicants.** Failure to include a resume may lead to application to not be considered.
