This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain equipment while parts are in process. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC turning operations, can perform accurate setups, and is committed to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:Set up CNC lathe machines for production runs using work instructions and blueprintsLoad raw materials, change inserts and tooling, and verify proper machine operationMonitor parts during production to ensure accuracy, quality, and tight tolerancesMake offsets and basic adjustments as needed to maintain part specificationsInspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesPerform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safeQualifications and Requirements:Previous experience operating and setting up CNC lathesAbility to read blueprints and follow setup instructionsStrong technical skills and comfort working with CNC controlsDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and precisionGood manual dexterity and ability to work in a manufacturing environmentReliable, career-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and growBenefits and Perks:Competitive pay rateMedical BenefitsHolidaysTraining & Growth
