We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our metal fabrication shop, which specializes in producing low-volume custom metal parts. This position offers the unique opportunity to train alongside our current part-time maintenance technician, who is set to retire within the next year. The ideal candidate will eventually take over all maintenance operations.
ResponsibilitiesWork with metal fabrication equipment, including Press Brakes, Punch Press, Lasers, CNC, and Turrets.Troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly, particularly on custom proprietary equipment.Perform mechanical and electrical repairs with minimal supervision.Handle building maintenance duties such as plumbing and basic HVAC.Essential SkillsExperience with mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial setting.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Ability to perform maintenance and repairs independently.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
