Job Title: Laborer
Job Description

This position involves working in cabinet blasting and handling parts for spraying or powder coating. The candidate will be responsible for placing racks of small parts into a cabinet to clean them before powder coating. The role requires flexibility to cross-train and learn new skills, with physical demands such as lifting parts overhead and repetitive tasks. The position operates Monday to Friday from 5:30 am to 2 pm, with overtime as needed.

ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload tow line with parts for spraying or powder coating.Place racks of small parts in a cabinet to remove scale, rust, and dirt before powder coating.Cross-train and learn new areas and skills as required.Hang parts for finishing and remove finished parts.Lift parts weighing between 50 to 75 pounds.Stack parts on skid and prepare skid for shipping, including wrapping and tagging.Essential SkillsRepetitive production experience.Attention to detail.Interest in powder coating and finishing.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior powder coat experience is beneficial but not required.Experience in a repetitive lifting environment is necessary.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Contractors can wear shorts and sneakers during hot summer months, but shorts should not have loose fraying strings. Punctuality and reliable attendance are crucial, with potential assignment termination for tardiness or absence without prior notice.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
