**Job Title: Diesel Mechanic** **Shift/Pay/Additional Information:** + 1st Shift: 9AM - 5PM + Pay: 28.00-34.00/hr. + Uniforms are provided, and there is a steel toe reimbursement after 90 days, with ongoing reimbursements every nine months. + A monthly incentive program offers bonus opportunities based on performance metrics. There is also the potential for overtime as needed. **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled diesel mechanic to handle maintenance on various machinery, including forklifts, coil trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts. The role involves troubleshooting, replacing wheels and forks, electrical troubleshooting up to 24v, using a multimeter to check blown fuses, and performing preventative maintenance. Fabrication and welding, including MIG and Stick welding, are also required. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on forklifts, coil trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts. + Troubleshoot and replace wheels and forks. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting up to 24v. + Use a multimeter to check blown fuses. + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. + Fabricate and weld, including MIG and Stick welding. + Work at heights up to 40ft to replace or test equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delta, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
