Job Description
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for the setup, program adjustments, operation, and quality monitoring of CNC Mills in the machine shop. The role involves taking work orders and blueprints, collecting and setting up all tooling, adjusting speed and feeds in GibbsCAM programs, and running short and long-run production of machine parts and firearms for manufacturing. The CNC Machinist is also expected to adhere to ISO standards with quality inspections and documentation of all parts.
Essential Skills5+ years of CNC Mill Setup experience.Experience in program adjustments and CAM software, specifically GibbsCAM.Ability to document quality inspection processes using computers.Experience with tolerances of +/- .001.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $62400.00/yr.
They have pretty standard medical/dental/vision with negotiable PTO/Vacation time.
