**Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler - 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm** Job Description As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will be responsible for achieving daily assigned product and build quantity goals. You will have access to the necessary parts and tools laid out at your station, and you will follow prints and drawings accessed via computer. Your duties will include performing mechanical and electrical assembly at a bench station, involving tasks such as screwing, bolting, and wiring. Additionally, you will utilize quality inspection instruments to ensure build tolerances are met. Responsibilities + Achieve daily product and build quantity goals. + Follow prints and drawings accessed on a computer. + Perform mechanical and electrical assembly at a bench station. + Assemble mechanical components such as screws, bolts, framing, and housings. + Lay-in wires and connections for electrical assembly. + Utilize quality inspection instruments to check build tolerances. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of technical assembly experience of full electromechanical builds. + 3-5 years of experience reading assembly drawings and prints. + Proficiency with hand and power tools, including impact drivers, manual and electric screwdrivers, and T-Handle Allen wrenches. + Experience reading metric and standard tape measures. + Experience using calipers and micrometers. + Cleanroom experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with height gauges, thread gauges, or similar quality instruments. + Experience working with .03 micron tolerance. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a cleanroom environment building complex electro-mechanical assemblies for military robotics, microchips for medical applications, and custom machined components. The facility is climate-controlled with a team size of 14-16. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and T-shirts. The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime, and 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Thursday, also with optional overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.85/hr.
