**Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as a 1st Shift Assembler where you will work in the Military division of our facility. Here, we manufacture, test, and inspect aluminum heat pipes. This position operates on a 1st shift schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm, with every other Friday off. **Responsibilities** + Perform cleaning, bending, installation, and soldering/brazing of heat/cooling pipes to parts used in military devices. + Handle aluminum pipes and take them through a thorough cleaning process according to exact specifications. + Perform testing and inspections. + Read and follow detailed work orders based on the specific project. + Use basic hand and power tools during the assembly process. + Utilize micrometer, caliper, and gauge during the inspection process. **Essential Skills** + High level of attention to detail for small parts assembly or machining. + Experience in brazing, soldering, and inspection. + Machine shop experience is a plus. + Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + GED or Diploma required. + Good work tenure is essential; candidates should demonstrate stability in their work history. **Why Work Here?** Our organization is recognized as one of the best places to work, maintaining an open culture of learning and support.
