Job Description
This position is part of the Aerospace division, where you will be involved in the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of aluminum heat pipes. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule, from Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm, with every other Friday off.
Responsibilities
Assist the machine operator by selecting the correct program and initiating the machine.Oversee the saw operation process to ensure aluminum pipes are cut to meet precise specifications.Handle and clean aluminum pipes meticulously, adhering to exact specifications due to their high value.Perform testing and inspections, including leak testing.Engage in hands-on sanding and polishing duties at a sanding station, focusing on each aluminum heat pipe.Essential Skills
Strong cultural fit with good soft skills.Stable work history without frequent job changes.High level of attention to detail, especially in small parts assembly or machining.Experience in machine shop operations is advantageous.Skills in brazing, inspection, soldering, assembly, and machine operation.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
