1st Shift Assembler
**Assembler** **Pay: $22.80/Hour** **Location: Redmond, WA** **Shift: Day** Job Description Under general supervision, the Assembler I will assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components, contributing to the completion of various products. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and quantity standards, following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications. Responsibilities + Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and electrical components. + Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards. + Follow directions and blueprints to meet product specifications. + Participate in cross-training and teamwork initiatives. + Maintain good housekeeping and ergonomics practices. + Raise concerns when safety or quality issues arise. Essential Skills + Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends. + Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English. + Ability to communicate verbally in English. + Attention to detail. + Ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment. + Teamwork and conflict resolution skills. + Motivation to grow and learn new skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in assembly, production, or medical device assembly. + Basic computer skills. + Physical ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. frequently and 50-75 lbs. rarely. + Ability to perform prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling. + Coordination of hands and/or eye/hand/foot. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of REDMOND, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.80 - $22.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
