**Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team in the Aerospace division, where we manufacture, test, and inspect aluminum heat pipes. This role is offered on a 1st shift schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7am to 4:30pm, with every other Friday off. **Responsibilities** + Assist the machine operator by selecting the correct program and starting the machine. + Oversee saw operation to ensure aluminum pipes are cut to meet exact specifications and receive training on the bending process. + Handle aluminum pipes and conduct a thorough cleaning process according to precise specifications. + Perform leak testing and inspections on aluminum heat pipes. + Engage in sanding and polishing duties at a sanding station, which is a meticulous and repetitive role. **Essential Skills** + Strong cultural fit with good soft skills. + Stable work tenure with consistent employment history. + High attention to detail, particularly in small parts assembly or machining. + Experience in machine shop operations is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Experience working in a company recognized as one of the best places to work in PA.
