Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Assembler in the Military division of our facility. You will be responsible for manufacturing, testing, and inspecting aluminum heat pipes. This position offers a unique schedule with every other Friday off, working from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4:30pm.
ResponsibilitiesPerform wiring for control boxes and low voltage transformers.Work on wire routing, temperature sensors, and pinning/crimping connectors.Solder copper pipes according to strict blueprints and work orders.Conduct testing and inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment throughout the assembly process.Essential SkillsHigh level of attention to detail, especially in small parts assembly or machining.Strong soft skills and a positive culture fit.Stable work tenure with minimal job hopping.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
