Looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to support our operations in Napoleon, OH. As a 1st Shift General Laborer, you'll play a vital role in packaging, stacking, and processing products to keep everything running smoothly. This hands-on role offers stability and opportunity in a fast-paced environment, perfect for those seeking to build their experience in warehousing and manufacturing.

Required Skills:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly Comfortable standing for long periods and walking extensive distances Basic understanding of warehouse operations Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to operate manual and powered equipment (training for certifications if needed)

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts Prior warehouse or general labor experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required

Other Requirements:

Successful completion of a 5-Panel Drug Screen and Basic Background Check. Must wear jeans, plain T-shirts, and closed-toe or steel-toed shoes Availability for 10-hour first shifts Ability to work weekends.
