**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic and team-oriented production facility where we specialize in assembling axles for popular vehicle models. This role is integral to our fast-paced assembly line, requiring flexibility and adaptability to work in various areas of production. Candidates should be comfortable working in close quarters, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks using small power tools and machinery. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for visual inspections and data entry tasks. Training will be provided for specific machinery operations. **Responsibilities** + Work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. + Adapt to various production assembly tasks as required. + Operate small power tools, drills, and some machinery for assembly and disassembly. + Conduct visual inspections and ensure product quality during assembly. + Perform basic data entry and retrieve inventory data as needed. + Maintain and clean your work area regularly. + Operate a stamping press, with training provided. + Adhere to safety protocols and wear the required hard hat. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, production, or general labor roles. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to work in a fast-paced and close-quarters environment. + Basic knowledge of data entry and warehouse management systems (WMS). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must speak, read, and understand English. + Strong teamwork skills and good verbal and written communication. + Experience in a warehouse manufacturing or logistics environment is preferred. + Computer skills or data entry/WMS experience is a plus. + Ability to distinguish colors and perform visual inspections. + Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift weights ranging from 10lbs to 75lbs, with assistance. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy numerous benefits including paid time off, monthly incentives, and free lunches on designated days. It is non-climate controlled but equipped with fans and heaters. The facility is undergoing renovations to enhance comfort and amenities, including new breakrooms, bathrooms, and lockers. Safety is paramount, requiring steel-toed shoes, hard hats, and safety glasses. The dress code mandates pants without holes, rips, or tears, and prohibits leggings, sweatpants, and clothing with offensive language or graphics. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Marion, Arkansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
