**Now Hiring: Structural Fitters** 📍 Location: Jacksonville Florida | 💰 Competitive Pay **About the Role** We’re seeking experienced Structural Fitters to join our team. You’ll be responsible for cutting, prepping, fitting, and tacking structural components using blueprints and job specs to ensure precise, weld-ready assemblies. **Key Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specs + Fit and tack structural steel (HSS, W-members, angle, plate, etc.) + Use hand/power tools, torch, plasma, and grinders to prep materials + Install hangers, supports, and braces for structural systems + Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely + Direct and monitor helpers on the job + Document quality reports and follow safety protocols **What We’re Looking For** + 6+ years of industrial structural fitting experience + Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills + Tack welding ability + Vocational/technical training preferred + Familiarity with rigging and safe lifting practices + Ability to work independently and lead small teams **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
